Florida permissions
Where is the Florida record?
In the Florida health department’s free licence search, use the “Establishment” option to look up a pharmacy rather than a person. That is the search’s word for a business, such as a pharmacy.
Ask for the pharmacy’s name and permit details. Use those to make sure you are checking the same place.

Checking the label and the licence
Can a name on the label be false?
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is the U.S. federal drug agency.
As of September 2026, FDA had reported labels for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide that gave names of pharmacies that do not exist.

Does a licence settle every question?
Finding a pharmacy in the licence search confirms that it has a licence. It does not prove that the pharmacy checks prescriptions and supplies medicines properly.
Ask about the medicine itself and who answers questions after delivery.
